Winepkg

A package manager for linux that installs windows apps through wine.

Usage

winepkg -Si mspaint

Install

Dependencies: wine winetricks wget curl

Download the executable binary artifact from github actions "build" and optionally move it to somewhere in path (ex. /usr/bin)

Building from source

Dependencies: wine winetricks wget curl gcc

git clone https://github.com/gamingdoom/winepkg.git
cd winepkg
gcc winepkg.c -o winepkg

From here you can use winepkg with

./winepkg -Si mspaint

If you want a winepkg command, copy the binary to /usr/bin

sudo cp winepkg /usr/bin/winepkg

To have platform independent network interfaces over usb which is working with Linux, Windows, Mac OS ect. called RNDIS. This project is a RNDIS demo, which addtionally implements a http server. It runs out of the box on a stm32f411 BlackPill board. My RNDIS library with an empty template for the second interface (which can ba UART, CAN, ETH or like in this demo a tcp/ip stack) can be found under following link: https://github.com/RDMsmartnetworks/STM32_HAL_RNDIS
